- 1 ½ pounds multi-colored new potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
Directions
